Already active in the rental and management of furnished and/or unfurnished properties in Haarlem/Heemstede and surroundings since 1997. After building up the company for the first 27 years under a different name, we have been working under the name Propsvastgoed since 2025.
For our clients, nothing has changed, only the name. We are specialists in exclusively renting and managing properties, have a large network and are a preferred partner of expats, relocators and multinationals. Our working method is based on quality, service and personal attention and averse to automated lead flows and chatbots. Clarity and smooth communication are key.
This works well in practice, as evidenced by our large, regular customer base and the appreciation we experience every day from landlords and tenants.
We do not pursue bulk and do not do mass rental, we want to remain 'the special bun among the sandwiches'. In combination with the wealth of experience that we have built up, we can do excellent business for landlords and tenants. We are selective with whom we do business and vice versa, our customers are too.
